Nativeway (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter – Engineering & MEP to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
· Source and recruit Technicians and Engineering staff, particularly from related industry MEP, Construction, Power Generators, automobile and Air Conditioning sectors
· Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and job boards
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical and engineering candidates
· Liaise with Technical Colleges and Engineering Colleges/Universities across Sri Lanka to build talent pipelines and campus partnerships
· Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
· Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience recruiting Technicians and Engineering staff, preferably within MEP, Construction, Power Generation, or Air Conditioning industries
· Strong existing network and relationships with Technical Colleges and Engineering Colleges in Sri Lanka
· Exceptional hands-on experience and talent in sourcing & headhunting candidates on LinkedIn
· Good knowledge and experience in studying the competitor market to identify and attract top talent
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with recruitment platforms/ATS is a plus
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
