We are expanding and seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (MEP) to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from initiation to successful completion. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in MEP systems, project execution, team management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Project Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP projects within set timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, material procurement, and risk assessment.

✔ Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor Site Engineers and project teams to ensure efficient execution.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives.

✔ Quality, Safety & Compliance:

  • Conduct regular on-site inspections, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize project delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

✔ Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to address project challenges.

✔ Continuous Improvement & Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry advancements to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.

✔ Experience:

  • 10-15 years of proven experience in managing MEP projects.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale MEP projects on time and within budget.

✔ Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

✔ Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to motivate, lead, and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach.

✔ Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
